Clear out your recyclables and green up your fashion sense at the same time. Drop off accepted recycling items to Customer Service at any Lower Mainland London Drugs location between March 25th and April 1st and you will receive a ballot* to enter to win a pair of tickets for Eco Fashion Week.(*1 ballot entry per day, per person – see full location list below)
Its the 10th edition of this industry-leading event, where you can learn about ethically-sourced clothing, up-cycled fabrics, natural fabrics, stunning sustainable design and more. Visit the Eco Fashion Week website for full details about this year’s exciting events.
So what can you recycle at your local London Drugs? Bring in any of the following recyclables to Customer Service and ask for your ballot:
- Small Appliances
- Styrofoam, plastic and cardboard packaging from our products
- Cell phones, PDA and rechargeable batteries
- Alkaline Batteries
- Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (CFL’s) and fluorescent light tubes up to 4-foot lengths
- Disposable cameras
- Ink jet cartridges
- Laser cartridges
- Metal film canisters
- Plastic bags
- Pop bottles and cans (BC only)
- Insurance plastic folders
