FAQs

Q: Why are we only accepting products purchased from LD?
A: Recycling is important to us as a retailer, as it should be for all retailers. It does come with a cost, which we need to manage by putting limits in place. By customers lobbying other retailers to deal with their own recycling, the cost is not a burden to London Drugs and our loyal customers.

Q: Why are there limits on how much recycling I can bring in?
A: Due to health and safety concerns as a result of COVID-19, we have to be mindful of the impact handling recycling has on our staff. Following required social distancing and cleanliness guidelines limits the time staff can safely empty our recycling centre and in return provide a safe experience for our customers.

Q: What am I supposed to do with my other recycling that you don’t accept?
A: You can take it to your nearest recycling depot. Locations can be found by searching “recycling depot” in your preferred search engine.
